Reporting barriers

As a public body within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we endeavor to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the Hessian Disability Equality Act (HessBGG) and the Hessian Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV HE 2019). Both implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Would you like to report a barrier?

If you notice a barrier to accessibility that is not yet listed in the accessibility statement, please let us know using the contact form below.

This form is the electronic contact option that the BITV HE 2019 requires.

Please only use this feedback mechanism to report barriers on this website. Other contact options are available for all other enquiries.

What are the next steps?

Please complete the “Report barrier” form, being sure to specify the site concerned, and give us a brief description of the barrier. Your report will be forwarded to the contact responsible for the site. If you have provided your e-mail address, you will be kept informed of the status of processing.
