The new Consul General of the Republic of India visits the HTAI
Shuchita Kishore, Consul General of the Republic of India, visits Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH (HTAI) in Wiesbaden.

Along with Economic Consul Bhupendra Singh Nikhurpa, the new Consul General Shuchita Kishore met with Dr. Rainer Waldschmidt, CEO of HTAI, and Dr. David Eckensberger, Head of International Affairs in Wiesbaden.
Hessen Trade & Invest and the Consulate General in Frankfurt are in close contact, and during this introductory meeting, both sides affirmed their desire to continue their positive and trusting cooperation, explicitly in the area of economic affairs. India has emerged as a significant business location, specifically for SMEs.
India is the world's largest democracy, and its young, well-educated population makes it an important partner for Hessen. The federal state of Hessen and the Rhine-Main region are a specific destination for FDI from India. The area is a home to more than 140 Indian companies, including Motherson, HCL Technologies, and Sudarshan, along with over 20,000 Indian citizens. A chosen home that boasts a variety of clubs, including a cricket club.
