iGo Green is more than an industrial park; it is a location that supports companies in growing sustainably while creating an attractive environment for employees. The 19-hectare park is strategically located within the municipality of Nidda and showcases meticulously designed spaces, seamlessly integrated with an environment focused on quality of life and sustainability. The site is jointly developed as an intermunicipal industrial park by the towns of Nidda, Ortenberg, Schotten, Hungen, and Gedern, as well as the municipality of Echzell.

Its proximity to Frankfurt, approximately 50 km north, ensures convenient access to major transportation networks, with seamless connections to both road and railroad systems. Additionally, the transparent building regulations and the option to expand to up to 30 hectares make iGo Green a future-proof investment opportunity for companies of all sizes with plans for long-term development and growth. The modular structure allows for customized use, from innovative service operations to large-scale production.

In March, Dr. Rainer Waldschmidt, the CEO of HTAI, visited Nidda to personally discuss the project’s progress with Klaus Karger, the CEO of Wetterau Economic Development, and Thorsten Eberhard, the mayor of Nidda. He was accompanied by Jonas Winkler, Director of Location Marketing & Investor Services at HTAI, to insight into the site's strengths and potential benefits for foreign companies considering relocation.

The Wetterau Economic Development Agency has provided significant support for the project from the start and will present the iGo Green business park at EXPO REAL (booth C1.231 of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region) in Munich from October 6 to 8, 2025.
